Question to Document instead of Questionnaire (Third-party Risk Management)

Have you applied the question to questionnaire logic for document request templates? Any tips are welcome.

No We Can't !!

If you open one of the metric (which is a question) , in the related list you can find the tab called "Questionnaires" which is for  question to questionnaire logic, which sometimes misleading and confusing. You cannot add any questionnaires on that tab as below:

You can use this logic for "Third-party Risk Due Diligence application " not for document request templates.
