RCM Error, while using similarity definition form to train AI to recommend Citations for Reg Alerts

RCM Application Error. While using similarity definition form to train AI to recommend Citations for Reg Alerts, it is not working. Will it take some days?  In this example, Citations with Critical names should have been recommended within the Regulatory Alert

 

Requesting for a quick response if possible.

The ServiceNow Partner Portal email is not the correct method for raising support tickets. You should use the Now Support portal to create a case. You'll need HI credentials to access this portal and submit a ticket. If you don't have access, reach out to your ServiceNow Account Representative for assistance. Your company's ServiceNow Account Representative can help you obtain necessary access and resolve any issues, according to a ServiceNow forum.
