Rename UI action in workspace

Hello,

UI action button name on the table (sn_compliance_policy_exception): "Request review" is not properly named in the workspace. While in the classic view perfectly reflected. 

My UI action script and workspace client script are correct, and it's working fine in both views. only name is not showing correctly. 

I tried in the UI builder, UX form actions and functions table to fix my issue, but this button is not showing. 

How to fix this in the workspace?
