I see that few risks were created in Retired state. When is this possible? Do we have a script that creates Risks in Retired state?

Hi @Community Alums
In this screenshot, you can see that the Risk was created in the Retired state.
I wanted to know if there is a script in ServiceNow that does this or if there is a scenario where Risks can be created in Retired state.

The Entity type associated is Active. I tested with inactive Entity type as well, but Risks are not created in Retired state.
