Risk calculated scoring not working

Hi,

In my production environment of GRC the Residual score, Inherent score, and the Calculated score are not working.  What needs to be moved over or turned on for these fields to work.  It is working in my development environment and I don't recall how I got it to work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Rob,

 

Take a look at the Client Scripts for Risk and make sure these are Active set to True. There should be several that start with the name Calculate or Calculated.

No problem. Be sure to replace PRODXXXX with the name of your ServiceNow instance. This should take you directly to the Client Script list (as long as you have the appropriate roles).
