Risk Identification Help - System Skipping Inherent Assessment

Hi Community,

I am having an issue - currently on Washington DC.

I have a Risk Identification Configuration set up for my business application entity class. I have Inherent Assessment checked. I have an approver group set for the inherent assessment

I also have an object-based RAM with the only assessment being an Inherent Risk.

Here's the issue. When creating a new risk identification record, after the information gathering questionnaire is completed, it does not give the option to kick off the inherent assessment. It will only go straight from review to risk mapping.

Here is the kicker. We have a demo instance where this feature is functioning as intended, which is currently on Vancouver. I set up a fresh PDI on Washington DC, moved over that demo RAM and Risk Identification, and am having the same issue as I was having in the original dev instance.

Has anybody else come across this and can provide any guidance?

Thanks!

We figured out the issue. None of the entities were referring to existing records in the business applications. Once these were linked, the process went through as expected.

Hi @TravisOC ,

In the screenshot of the risk identification configuration, I do not see a mapping to the RAM in the related list "Risk identification configuration to RAM mappings".
Can you please check if the RAM is mapped to the RIC ?
