Hi Raviteja,
As far as I know this certificate is provided by the Identity Provider so it is their responsibility to renew the certificate and as a ServiceNow admin one should update the certificate and validate the expiration date in ServiceNow once Identity Provider gives it to SNOW admin.
Mark Correct if this solves your issue and also hit Like and Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks
Ankur

Hi Ankur,
I'm facing the same issue with my client. There are two certificates for the development instance, and one of them expired on May 31st, 2024. Now they can't log in. Is the solution the same for this situation as well?
