Save option not available in the Form context menu of Incident

Hi Team,

 

In my ServiceNow instance, on the form context menu "Save" option is not visible for new Incident form.  If i am enabling the property ("glide.ui.advanced") then only it's visible. But when i checked in PDI, this property is not enabled then also Save option is visible.. I have checked everything but could not find anything.

Could anyone of you suggest, how to get this enabled without enabling this property ?

Did you go through any recent upgrade as it may be caused by an upgrade-related issue.

 

You can raise a case to your ServiceNow vendor for this issue.

No it's not relate to upgrade, it's showing once the record is created. Only its not showing for new form.

HI @sameekshasa ,

Have you tried simply by clearing the cache of the Browser? if not, it's a good option to do it.

As ideally, "Save" is OOTB UI Action, it's not recommended to touch that.
