Save option not available in the Form context menu of Incident

Hi Team,

 

In my ServiceNow instance, on the form context menu "Save" option is not visible for new Incident form.  If i am enabling the property ("glide.ui.advanced") then only it's visible. But when i checked in PDI, this property is not enabled then also Save option is visible.. I have checked everything but could not find anything.

Could anyone of you suggest, how to get this enabled without enabling this property ?

I have that property as false and still it's showing

it's shown for me in native new INC form and in SOW New record as well

Check if someone overridden that OOTB Save button for INC and removed it
