SLA attaching to existing issue records

Hi all, I have one question regarding for SLA.
How to attaching the SLA to existing Issue records. the issue records are existing's, but here is the problem was SAL'S are attaching to existing is records but those sla are not breached. why becouse issue records are created on 15 days ago. actually now the SLA is should be breach.
How can i achieve the my requirement. Please anyone guide me suggest me.

Please re-phrase your problem statement , it’s confusing about the ask.
Do you have SLA definition over Issue table or not. Check SLA’s pause condition and actual/business duration for breaching condition and share all details with screen shot.
