Hello -
We have dozens of SLAs defined in ServiceNow. We are starting to use TPRM (formerly VRM), but I don't see how I can link any of our existing SLAs with a vendor in the "Vendor Management Workspace". An option does not exist - it seems that I'd have to enter an SLA from scratch.
Do I need a privileged user account?
I am in the Vancouver release.
Thank you for your time.

One other thing to note - the SLA Definition module (which most of us are familiar with from incident management) only works for tables that extend from task. Here are the tables that the SLA Definition will work with in TPRM
If you create one of these SLAs, then you will probably need to configure the related list Task SLA -> Task to appear on the Vendor Management Workspace. I tired it for the DDR and was able to create the SLA Definition and then added the related list to both the workspace and the platform UI.

Thank you for the response Jan. I need to have our test environment admin to grant the sla_manager role to me so that I can add new SLA Definitions. brb.
