UCF Integration

We have imported the first shared list of authority documents, NIST SP 800-53 R4 Moderate Impact, we needed for our GRC implementation.  However, we have several other authority document we want to import through the UCF integration but do not want to duplicate citations that may show up in other documents.  When we go to import the next set of authority documents we get an error that the shared list does not match the existing authority document.  I am able to create a comparisono list on the UCF website but cannot merge the data into a single list so I either get one set or the other.

So my question is how do we use the UCF integration for multiple authority document sets?

I had the same error.  You need to create one shared list in UCF with all the Authority documents you need.   You can always add to an already existing list and then re-import it.

This is from the docs site  'Every authority document already imported into the ServiceNow® instance must be in any shared list you wish to import from the UCF CCH'

If you import the wrong Authority document, you will need to delete it from ServiceNow before removing it from your shared list in UCF and redoing the import.
