UI Changes in Vendor Risk Form Also Appear in Vendor Screen

Hello,

We have a Vendor Risk Management (VRM) application running on ServiceNow. I added my UI screen to the vendor risk form, but this change also appears on the vendor screen. I did not make any changes to the vendor screen, and I am trying to understand why this is happening.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide more information or open a support ticket so we can tell exactly what’s happening. . It looks like the customer made a change to the vendor_risk view and affects the vendor view. Usually this is unlikely so we want to understand your issue better.
