Viewing Vendor Risk Assessment responses in Vendor Workspace

My organization prefers using the workspace functionality of ServiceNow and we are unable to figure out how to view the responses of our third-party risk assessments from our vendors in the workspace view. Below is how you can view it in the native UI. Appreciate the help!

Navigate to a risk assessment that is in the "responses received" state in the Vendor Workspace, go to the Risk Overview tab. Scroll down to "questionnaires and document requests" when you click on an item it will open the responses in a new tab.
