Way to upload older Risk Assessment Records into Advanced Risk Assessment Module

Hi Friends,

We are trying to upload or migrate old risk data into the Advanced Risk Assessment Data. Somehow the color styles are not applied properly and also the old records does not reflect in Heatmap.

Is there any proper way to upload records like which key fields we need to consider for upload so that after upload, the we can see the data properly ?

@PrakashRam - I'm not sure I know what you mean by "old risk data" - are you referring to moving answers from the classic risk assessment into Advanced Risk?  Or are you referring to moving data from a retired RAM into a new RAM?

If it is the classic to ARA - I'm pretty sure ServiceNow does not support that.  I have asked the Product Manager to look at your query but a few more answers - such as the one above and the ones below would be helpful.

If the heatmap is not showing you ARA results - make sure the property "Migrate to ARA" is set to true.  This is in the Properties module for Advance Risk Assessment.

If you have created custom tables to migrate data from class to ARA, then can you give us a list of the tables you populated?

Let me rephrase the Use case what we are doing now here.

1. We are trying to setup the Risk Management for first time for our customer.

2. They have already assessed set of risks offline and they have the results stored in excel. ( Say Impact, Likelihood, Inherent Risk, Control Effectiveness and Residual Risk and Assessment Responses.)

3. We are not using classic risk assessment in system. We already enabled "Migrate to ARA" to "Yes".

4. We configured our customer ARA methodologies in system.

5. Now we need to reflect their offline risk assessment data in system especially as Advanced Risk Assessment Instances with associated risks.

6.  We configured Data Sources and imported their assessment data. The issue we are facing below as,

• The Color Coding does not reflect properly after we upload,
• The Risk Assessment instance does not tag to the Risk Record.
• The Heatmap does not pull the records that we uploaded. If we run any record in the system, it shows otherwise not.

I just thought of checking is there any proper way to upload offline risk assessment data as Advanced Risk Assessment Instances which would resolve above 3 issues mentioned.
