what role is required to use "Add help articles"

Hi, 

we have knowledge articles in servicenow, and we want to have a linkage between "knowledge articles" and "Add Add help articles" so that user should be able to navigate to knowledge articles which contain  all the information that they need in order to work through a record/Module. However, I am having a difficulty to find a role that we could assign to users for accessing "Add Add help articles" . see a screenshot below

the admin user got the access to this "Add help article" button and is only assign to "embedded_help_admin" as per servicenow documentation. 

is there any role that we could use to provide to all users or do we need to create a new role in order to get this funcationality available ?

any advise and suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Kumar,

Create a new role, modify where where other existing role present whether ACL or page and include newly created role as well , lastly give new role to user who want that functionality. mark my answer as correct if that helps.

Hi Kumar,

You would not require anything do in here related to roles. OOB everyone has the access to view the details listed in the help module. You would need to create help articles to view the data. Provide links to knowledge article in the help article

To create a new help article, you can create it from the Embedded help module.

We can done similar thing in our instance.

I have number of knowledge articles that i can add to help because i am an admin user. however not everyone got access to "Add help article" button. I was just wondering if users are going to use an embedded help module in order to create linkage between the page and the knowledge articles then would they be able to see the knowledge articles from the main record?
