Hi Everyone ..Work notes do not show in the activity formatter once Security request is closed ..Please let me know if anyone knows about this

Steps:

1]Try to closed Security Request on form and add work notes.

2]You can see worknotes remove from Activity formatter section.

I want to show work notes on Activity formatter closed security request as well.

I'm not able to recreate this in my OOB PDI.  Here's a screenshot of the work notes I saved before I closed it, and they are still showing.

Are you trying to close security request .

Try to close security request it will remove from activity formatter.

There is read ACL on Security Request table for State close complete so I have remove that condition. Its Working Now
