ATF Test step configuration, facing issue because of ONLOAD client script. unable to select choices

When selecting the first option on the service portal, additional information fields are dynamically loaded, including a dropdown with options. However, when attempting to automate this process with ATF, the script responsible for loading the dropdown does not execute properly, preventing the selection of options and showing none in that field 

How do we resolve this issue?
