Can Conflict run takes place when the type of change is Emergency ??

Hi @HarshithaT93727 ,

Conflict runs on all types of Change Models.

The BR to detect conflict triggers if State/Configuration Item/Planned Start Date/Planned End Date of a change request record changes.

Regardless of the change type, the system will check the conflict status.
