To start with Set up your ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance, get familiar with key modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, and CMDB.
Understand what tables, records, forms, and workflows are.
Start Learning Scripting

Focus on:

• Client Scripts: for UI interactions

• Business Rules: for server-side logic

• Script Includes and GlideRecord: for querying and reusable code
  Practice writing small scripts that do things like auto-fill fields or validate entries.
  Lastly, Take Official Training & Certifications like ServiceNow Fundamentals for clearing your Core concepts and you get to do hands-on
  Application Developer  - Learn how to build scoped apps
  followed by CSA (Certified Sys Admin)

Welcome to SercviceNow ecosystem. You should start with Admin part - for that you can navigate to ServiceNow university and starts with Welcome to ServieNow and simulataneousluy you can start looking into Youtube channels Like- Learna nd Grow with Atul. After that complete ServiceNow admin trainings on SN University and then Jump to Scripting Part. There are multiple resources like- Developer.servicenow.com -> Learn / SN Universirty Courses / Youtube channels / SN Community etc.

Even I am from Non Tech Background, and currently working as a ServiceNow Developer in one of the organization. 

Here are some of the things that helped me to gain hands on skills on this platform is Now Learning Courses. Also I referred other YouTube Channels. There are many channels available in YouTube where they can train on ServiceNow. For me personally 1, SaaS with ServiceNow, 2 Learn ServiceNow with Ravi 3, TechwithPri. these channels helped me a lot to understand the platform very well. Also you can be active on LinkedIn and connect with ServiceNow folks. Keep practicing the real-time use cases start with ServiceNow Administration and then Jump into ServiceNow Development.
