End user unable to access the Survey

Hello Team,
We have a survey set up on Incident Closure, but the end user is unable to access the Survey. When the end user click on the Survey Link they are redirecting to ESS view.
Do we have any separate configuration for end user to access the Survey?
Please suggest!

@MSM1 Might be the survey is not assigned to the end user. Please check survey instance [asmt_assessment_instance] table and check assigned to field.

Hi, Accessing survey from end user aspect - The best practise is Service Portal. To enable define the survey the trigger condition and call the OOB widget in the self service portal. It will display the list of waiting surveys from end user.
