Refer OOTB workflow on task_sla table 'SLA notification and escalation workflow' which is configured to send notification on 50% and 75%. you can replicate similar.

Hi @Venky Kshatriy2 ,

 

Please have a look at the attached screenshot configured for the 25, 50 and 75 percentage SLA alert and then attached the same in the workflow field of the required SLA.

For the 'events', create event> create a new event which will be defined in the notification to trigger the notifications.

Example:

In the notification, create a new notification--> as below:

Define the other conditions as per your requirement.
