Instance Login Issue

Hello everyone,

We are facing an issue where we are unable to log in to the test instance, even when we enter the correct credentials. Could you please help us with this?

From the screenshots, it seems like you are trying to log in with AD Single Sign On, and the issue with the account is on the Active Directory side, not in ServiceNow.

You can try logging in directly (not via SSO) via the login page, i.e. https://instancename.service-now.com/login.do

 

As a last resort and if you have access to the ServiceNow Support portal, you can request a password reset for the OOTB admin account (System Administrator user) via the Automation Store:

We have logged in directly (not via SSO) via the login page, i.e. https://instancename.service-now.com/login.do
We don't have access to the ServiceNow Support portal (High Portal).

Is there any other way to solve this issue?

Not that I'm aware of. But glad you were able to log in after all.
