Hi All,

I plan to take ITIL V4 exam,

how to prepare for the ITIL V4 certification. Please guide me on how can I get the certification, what content I should know to take the exam, is that course available in ServiceNow learning? Any useful information/link to get voucher, will be much appreciated.

@Abhilasha G T You will not be able to find ITIL V4 related course content on Now Learning. A lot of content is already available for ITIL V4 on the internet.

ITIL V4 is a framework outside ServiceNow, hence not offered through NowLearning.
