Multi line Text variable field value read only and as well as editable in Catalog Item

Hi All,
Multi line Text variable(for suppose I have taken short description as shown in below) in catalog item we need enter a value like name as like dynamically who as selected Name and select the and email both get read-only and number need to be editable is it possible in ServiceNow how to get it?
