RITM is not visible during catalog checkout

Hi Team,

 

Could anyone help with the below query.

 

Query: I'm not able to see the RITM or Catalog item name after ordering the catalog item in the checkout. Attached the snip for reference.

I think you are looking at the request you just created. What does it say in the description of that request (backend).
