After upgrading to Xanadu, the CI is not being created when the Asset is created

Business Rule, Create CI on insert, has been confirmed as Active.

Please check if the asset has a valid model / model category.

Creation of CI depends on the asset model and model category.

Hi J Siva,

Thank you for your response.  However, my issue has been resolved.  The model category field on the Asset form was read-only.  Therefore, the business rule for this field would not run.
