Can the Asset Action function be used in a SCTask like it is in an INC?

Hi @SKinter,

No, not natively like in Incident. The Asset Action function is an ITSM/HAM integration on incident/change records, and  sc_task  does not have the same OOB asset-action framework.

Hope this helps!

Hi @SKinter

By default, the Asset Action function is not natively available on Service Catalog Tasks (SCTask) like it is on Incidents.

The Asset Action feature is integrated on Incidents and Changes via the Affected CIs related list.

Instead of Asset Actions, Service Catalog fulfillment relies on workflow-driven Flows to automatically deploy, swap, or retire assets.
