Hi Everyone,
Currently we are facing a issue that new Assets are not getting created to alm_hardware table.
We are using Import Sets to create the Assets, The operation is failing and the following error is displayed on the import logs:
"Operation against file 'alm_hardware' was aborted by Business Rule 'Create CI on insert^d916392f8724f99040a1e58e0ebb357d'. Business Rule Stack:Create CI on insert "
We have checked the business rule and it is OOTB and was never updated. Still this issue is happening for the past few days.
So, kindly help us to find the route cause of this issue and what it its resolution.
Regards,
Sayantan

Hello @Sayantan Dutta1 ,
Error due to BR doesn't necessarily mean that BR has been updated.
Erro while create assets through the import sets “Operation against file ‘alm_hardware’ was aborted ...: This article suggests that the error may be caused by a missing or invalid value in the Model field of the import set. It recommends checking the Model field for any blank or incorrect values and correcting them before running the import again.
Hope this helps.
Kind Regards,
