Hello team,
We have non-normalized device/hardware models discovered by various discovery tools. And since we have normalization service enabled, ServiceNow automatically normalizes all these models wherever match is found.
This auto-normalized model process populates the device type field as well. We would like to derive device class based on this device type information, does anyone know how to derive class based on the device_type field of normalized models?
