Hi @Manu143 ,

What do u mean my newly created variable created on RITM?

is it on catalog item or directly on RITM table itself?

Thanks,

Danish

Hi  Danish Bhairag2,

This Yes/No type variable has been created for  catalog item created in variable set.But whenever we will raise the request it will create the RITM .

Thanks,

Manu

Hi @Manu143 ,

Whenever u create any new variable it will not come by default in old RITMs u need to trigger a new request to see that newly created field in the RITM variable section.

Thanks,

Danish

Hi @Manu143

It can be done but, you should also note that it is not a best practise as there are many configurations involved.

Also the script will go complex to a some extend if we write Background script
