HAM Pro refers to the hardware asset management features that extend beyond ITSM Asset Management. Essentially, everything within the top portion of this pyramid:
I'm unsure what you mean by the base features of HAM, but if you're referring to ITSM HAM, then you don't have HAM Pro. HAM Pro is under the ITAM suite of tools and is a separate subscription. Please speak with your SN account executive to talk about upgrading to HAM Pro.

Hi Allen,
I have ITSM HAM in my environment. We are in the process of upgrading to Washington. So i was going through the features available in washington for hardware asset management. Found below details in the release notes. hence i want to know whether below features(maturity, success portal and other features listed below) are part of HAM pro or ITSM HAM. If it is part of ham pro then please let me know what are all the other ITSM HAM features that is available/upgraded in washington release.
