CI not showing. its empty when i triedto upload vendor HP import files, from transform catalog item.

I added transform map into ServiceNow bulk asset catalog. these are for only vendor bulk upload. once i tried to upload, it got updated and showing in ALM hardware table. but CI is missing. showing empty. I am not able to find solution where it went wrong.
note: checked in CI table, whatever I uploaded, serial number, model name, number not captured in ci table.
and CI should auto generate once asset details uploaded. not from format file which one we uploaded to the catalog item.

CIs are created through a sync BR. Do you have 'run business rules' active on your transform map?
