We have integrated ServiceNow with SNOW Software. When a CI is created via the SNOW integration, its state is set to "In Use" in ServiceNow. However, in a different scenario where an asset is first created manually in ServiceNow, and a CI is automatically generated from that asset record, what should happen when SNOW later discovers this CI through the integration?
Should the CI’s state be updated to "In Use", or is it expected to remain as "In Stock"?
