Coalesce is not working

Coalesce is reacting differently, When the characters are lowercase it working as expected but when the characters are uppercase it not checking coalesce.

Can you please check if ' Coalesce case sensitive' is checked or not in the field map of the transform map? Make sure It's unchecked. check Case-sensitive coalesce field values 

Please share screenshot of the issue too.

So you can navigate to this list to see all the fields from transform maps that have this marked true, review if your field is there:
