Currently, consumables are consumed based on if the alm_consumable record is "in stock, available" We use multiple stock rooms and sometimes we "un-consume" things. The "un-consumed" records remain as their own record with whatever quantity they were consumed as. When we un-consume them the records do not disappear and they are not added back to the "main big quantity." When it comes time to consume them again, our system chooses the smallest quantity records first, regardless of the stock room. If two stock rooms have a record with the same quantity is appears the system then chooses the consumables in alphabetical order of the stock room. We do not have ham pro. We have asset management for ITSM or something like that. How can we give the system an order of stockrooms or have it pull from a specific stockroom first?

Hi @Lorena Larios,
This is expected behavior in Asset Management. Consumables are not merged back to the main record when un‑consumed. It allows tracking individual consumptions for audit/compliance.
The stockroom priority can only be controlled by setting the priority to the stockroom itself: Stockroom types
HAMP adds advanced stockroom rules, service locations, and priority sourcing.
Hope this helps!
