Creating Purchase Order via Flow Designer in Hardware Asset Management

Dear Members,

Instead of using the OOTB flow, I want to create a custom Flow to create POs via Flow Designer in HAM. Please suggest: -

1) The Order button is not visible after the PO is created.

2) Should the PO be associated with REQ or RITM?

3) What are the points to consider for creating the PO from the Flow Designer.
