Data transfer from Apple Android Platform to ServiceNow

I am looking for a solution to transfer data from Apple/Android Platform like ABM to ServiceNow.

The challenge is, this needs to be done without an MDM tool in place. Can someone suggest if it is possible for a direct data transfer from Apple/Android Platform to ServiceNow , What will be the challenges here. Only Serial number and when the device is assigned is something that we are looking for.

ABM does not expose APIs directly for data extraction unless paired with an MDM.
