Hello All ,
I deactivated one ootb flow designer and when i want the deactivated flow designer to activate , The activate button is grayed out. so may i know what is the reason?

Hi @suresh kaliappa,
There is glitch in ServiceNow. Sometime it happens. Nothing is perfect in eqch amd everything. You may raise HI Ticket for this. That's all I know.

@suresh kaliappa Did you make any changes in the flow, which are unsaved. If yes then save the changes and publish them and activate the flow. If not and the problem still persist, close the flow designer window, clear the cache and open it again. This should show the activate button.

i did not made any changes in the flow. however , i tried clearing cache and cookies but still no luck.

You have to save and publish it first, have you done that?
