Hello All ,
I deactivated one ootb flow designer and when i want the deactivated flow designer to activate , The activate button is grayed out. so may i know what is the reason?

Hi @suresh kaliappa,
There is glitch in ServiceNow. Sometime it happens. Nothing is perfect in eqch amd everything. You may raise HI Ticket for this. That's all I know.

find some interesting thing is that flow was read-only on its protection policy. but however , i was able to deactivate it starting. but later it was grayed out.

Then you may need a Hi ticket to get it reactivated.

Hi @suresh kaliappa,
There is glitch in ServiceNow regarding this. Yo make it activate button. Just open 2 3 flow in different and click on different different tab then it will be activated. I faced the same situation. Jooe this will help you there.
