HAM Asset Reclamation flow doubt

Hi All,

I am trying to understand the HAM Asset Reclamation flow and I see that the flow designer ends at the creation of Hardware Asset Reclamation Line record, where can I find the logic for the Hardware Asset Reclamation Line task? Can anyone please advise.

Hello @Rajani11 ,

You are on a right track but can you please check for Hardware Asset Reclamation Line Flow in the flow designer , it has the logic of creation of reclamation line tasks.

Depending upon the shipment whether it is ship , drop off and pick up equivalent task is created . Please find below a snapshot of the flow.

Now if i am creating copy of this flow Hardware Asset Reclamation Line Flow to add assignment groups , but its not getting triggered. Can anyone help , the copy flow testing adds groups , but if i follow process then its not happening . please help.
