As a first test for validation, I create a Hardware Model , I made sure that it is present in the inventory (downloaded data from SN).
as a first remark , no value is pushed in Normalization hash columns as you will see in the screenshot.
i performed the same test on Nowlearning instance, and i didn't get this issue.
even normalization job is executed manually , the status remains New
