HAM Pro is not a one-time purchase but a subscription service, The licensing is tied to the number of assets managed within the HAM Pro application, specifically the records in the alm_asset table.

For License: You'll need to contact ServiceNow directly or work through a certified partner to get a quote and finalize the purchase
