Hi @chantalb,

unfortunately it seems that HAM is not supported on PDI, but you can take some class with pre-installed this plugin (for limited time only):

• Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Simulator (Xanadu) 
• IT Asset Management (ITAM) Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Implementer 

For the SAM, it seems to be available at:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
