HAM Simulator - Validate hardware model normalization (X) help required

Not able to finish this activity,

1. Opt-in to the Content Service for all hardware models.

2. Exclude the hardware model for the Toshiba Portege R835-P81 from the Content Service.

3. From the Hardware Asset Workspace Model Management view, determine how many hardware models are / aren’t normalized.

Follow below steps, go to Asset -> Hardware Model Normalization -> Content Service Setup and Opt In to the Content Service

Go to Hardware Models and locate the model 'Toshiba Portege R835-P81'

@Shantharao ,

 

You need to opt in to the Content Service for all hardware models (via Content Service Setup > Opt In so the Opt-in column shows true) and then specifically exclude the model titled Toshiba Portege R835-P81 by opening that model record and checking Exclude from Content Service in the Normalization tab; after that you can go to Hardware Asset Workspace > Model Management view and use the built in report or summary cards to view how many hardware models are Normalized vs Not Normalized (e.g., there might be counts like Normalized = 94 and Not Normalized = 51) and confirm your counts match what the simulator expects....
