Handling receiving tasks for external stockrooms

We're continuing to build out our asset lifecycle within HAM and have a situation that does not have a clear solution and I'm sure we're not the first to run into. 
We have an external stockroom that handles provisioning of our end user devices. We order devices from our vendor and then ship them to our external stockroom for provisioning. This stockroom is not directly managed by us, but we will be keeping track of inventory and shipping form it through direct shipments and transfer orders. 
What is a good solution for handing receiving tasks. They are not in our SNOW instance so they won't receive the task.

In my HAM implementation I created a Service Portal record producer that allows our external stockroom to submit a receive form (PO number, SKUs, serials, packing slip upload) without logging into ServiceNow, and then used Flow Designer to transform that submission into the inbound receipt in HAM, updating the Receive in HAM Workspace (or creating a Receive Task) so the inventory updates automatically, and for more complex / automated scenarios, I’m evaluating using Zero Touch + Service Bridge so the external provider can acknowledge receipt from their side and sync the status back into our HAM instance.......
