Hardware Asset Accuracy Metric

Hi Team,

 

I would like to created a Dashboard that shows the Hardware Asset Table Accuracy Metric (alm_hardware). I have created this manually in Excel but not sure how can i create the same in ServiceNow. Please can someone help me or guide me as how can i create the same in ServiceNow. Below is the reference screen shot of how i created in Excel. I want it same way in ServiceNow. Attribute wise accuracy and then overall accuracy of hardware table.

I would suggest using Performance Analytics.


You will need to create an indicator for each attribute you are tracking and an indicator for the total volume of assets. You can then create a formula indicator for each attribute you are measuring if you wish or just the overall formula indicator which can be used to average (or calculate however you wish) the results from each indicator.

I am trying on Performance Analytics but not able to do so. Will you be able to help me on this or provide step by step process if possible for any one or two attribute is fine rest then i will create.
