Hardware Asset Refresh Line Flow - waiting for... what?

Trying to follow the refresh an asset flow in HAM Pro and getting stuck on the below. Not sure what its waiting for.

Screenshot below of flow context waiting on step 6. We closed the "Prepare and stage asset for deployment" ASTASK, but that is not triggering whatever this is waiting for.

Someone help out with how this process works end-end or at least what step this flow is waiting to happen?

Hi @jlaps,

Did you add the Asset you want to replace to the asset field on the 'Prepare and stage asset for deployment' task? Ootb it's not mandatory, unfortunately.

I said yes, then checked and there was ANOTHER asset field that was not there, so added that one too. But even with both filled, I am still waiting for something I know not what.

Can you share the details of the 'Prepare asset' task? 

Edit: I wanted to ask that already yesterday. In the screenshot you're sharing, the workflow is waiting to create the 'Prepare asset' task, but you mentioned you did close it.

Just to double-check, does it get stuck and fail to create the ‚Prepare asset‘ task, or do you get stuck after closing the ‚Prepare asset‘ task?

Generally, when we use Create Task action with wait checkbox checked, the flow will wait till the Task record closed, can you check the mentioned task (ASTTASK0010951) is closed (try updating the state choices like closed, closed complete)
