I am trying to configure the OOB Loan Asset Requests utility, and have encountered an issue that I can't seem to figure out.
Part of the OOB script sets the install status of the asset away from "In stock/Pending Install" to "In Use/--None--"
This in turn sets the related CI's install status to "Installed" - but the hardware status stays as "Pending Install".
I have checked the Asset CI Hardware State Mappings table and confirmed that there is an OOB mapping between the Asset CI/CI for this. I have also tried to do this change manually on the asset and it works as intended and changed the hardware status on the CI to "Installed/In Use".
Just wondering what may be causing this script setting the asset state that is not triggering the ci hardware status to update as intended.
