  • When the Model Number and Manufacturer is specified and Name field is left blank, normalization process works fine.
  • When the Name and Manufacturer is specified and Model Number field is left blank, normalization process works fine.
  • However, when all three fields (Model Number, Name, and Manufacturer) are provided, the normalization process is not working correctly. Its showing Manufacturer Normalized.

Additionally, both the Normalization Data Services plugin and Field Normalization have been enabled in the instance.

I'm having a similar experience, except a majority of our records don't fully normalize.  And the results of performing the same manual steps to normalize are inconsistent.

Quick question, when your record(s) fully (automatically) normalize, does the model number field and the manufacturer field on the general tab automatically populate?
